Our Services and Programs

Union Build

Our 60-minute strength and conditioning class provides high-intensity, functional training in a safe and enjoyable setting, with varied movements and a fast-paced approach. Supported by a year-long plan and daily coaching tools, the program offers two tracks—Performance and Fitness—ensuring a great workout for athletes of all levels.

Union Athletic

Athletic is our minimal equipment program that delivers a full workout experience using just dumbbells, a jump rope, a box, and your body. Following a 27-week repeating cycle with a ‘bootcamp’ style approach, these fun and easy-to-follow workouts are perfect for athletes seeking an effective routine with minimal equipment.

Our 30-minute HIIT session offers a dynamic workout that combines bodyweight movements, dumbbells, and cardio to help you unwind after a busy day. Tailored to your goals and lifestyle, each session features varied functional movements and is guided by expert coaches to ensure you achieve your desired results.

Union Flex

FLEX is our aesthetics track that blends bodybuilding principles with a focus on quality movement and core motor patterns to build functional strength and enhance physique. This low-stress, enjoyable program emphasizes feeling every rep and building a resilient body, with (5) workout days and (2) rest days each week.

Union Weightlifting

Designed for an absolute beginner or a seasoned lifter. This 60 min speciality class can teach you the basics of Olympic lifting or help increase your max output depending on what you desire.

Our expert trainers tailor each workout to your specific goals, whether you're aiming to build strength, lose weight, or improve overall fitness. With one-on-one coaching, you'll receive the guidance, motivation, and accountability you need to see real results.

Personal Training

Open Gym

Don't want to train in classes or prefer training on your own terms? Our open gym policy allows you access to the gym during business hours. Follow your own training regime or work on those weaknesses for the classes, totally up to you.
