We offer classes tailored to all experience levels and fitness goals. Our programs set a new standard in functional training, providing exceptional workouts for everyone. From our Strength & Conditioning classes to our Open Gym Membership, there's an option to suit your needs. Whether you're seeking a high-intensity challenge or a quick, effective 30-minute sweat session, we've got you covered.
Union Build
Our 60-minute strength and conditioning class offers a high-intensity, functional training program in a safe and fun environment. The workouts combine varied movements with a fast-paced, engaging approach, making it the best hour of your day! Supported by a year-long plan and daily coaching tools, our program is both effective and enjoyable. We offer two workout paths: the Performance Track for advanced athletes and the Fitness Track for a more moderate level. Both tracks are available in each session, ensuring that athletes of all levels get a great workout.
Union HIIT
This 30-minute high-intensity interval session is the perfect way to end a busy day! Designed to get you sweaty and feeling great, these fast and fun workouts combine bodyweight movements with dumbbells and plenty of cardio. The HIIT Workout of the Day is tailored to your goals and lifestyle, using a variety of functional movements—including DB work, kettlebells, gymnastics, and cardio. The programming is always varied, just like your life. Our expert coaches guide you from start to finish, ensuring you achieve the results you want.
Union Flex
Our aesthetics track is designed for those who want to build functional strength and enhance their physique. FLEX combines the principles of bodybuilding with an emphasis on quality movement and developing core motor patterns like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, pressing, holding, and explosive movements. The focus is on feeling every rep, building a strong, resilient body, and enjoying the process. This low-stress, high-enjoyment program is all about chasing the pump. FLEX is structured for (5) workout days each week, with (2) designated rest days.
Union Athletic
Our minimal equipment program, Athletic, is crafted to deliver a complete workout experience from warm-up to cool-down using just a few essential pieces of equipment—dumbbells, a jump rope, a box, and your body! Athletic follows a 27-week repeating cycle and features a ‘bootcamp’ style approach. These workouts are fun, straightforward to follow, and provide an excellent option for athletes seeking a minimal equipment routine.
Union Weightlifting
Designed for an absolute beginner or a seasoned lifter. This 60 min speciality class can teach you the basics of Olympic lifting or help increase your max output depending on what you desire.
Open Gym
Don't want to train in classes or prefer training on your own terms? Our open gym policy allows you access to the gym during business hours. Follow your own training regime or work on those weaknesses for the classes, totally up to you.
